How can we acquire the necessary tools to address stress and
neutralize its effects without wholly understanding what it is?
Does the idea of good stress and bad stress exist? Can we change
negative stress into positive stress ?
What about burnout and how do we overcome it ?
In partnership with three ICF-certified coaches specializing in
stress management, Volver is organizing a 3-day workshop that reveal the
mechanisms behind stress. The workshop enables you to step back and identify
how best to handle stress, providing useful tools to regulate stress levels.

- reactions and components of stress (physiological, cognitive, behavioral, emotional) and health impact (disease, burnout)
- stress as a subjective reaction (perceptions, experiences, judgements, values…)
- sources of stress (internal and external pressures)
- calming and reducing stress (eliminating sources of stress, minimizing its effects and adopting an anti-stress lifestyle)
